  • Do you provide house cleaning services?

  • Do you provide office cleaning services?

    Yes, we offer commerical cleaning services. To learn more about our services, check out the Services page. To book a cleaning consultation, head to our Office Cleaning page

  • What areas do you service?

    We service all of Adelaide, and surrounds. 

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are covered by a $10,000,000 public liability insurance plan. Our workers are also covered by the approriate workers compensation insurance.

  • Are your cleaners police checked?

    All of our cleaners undergo extensive background checks and are required to provide up-to-date police clearance certificates.

  • What is a cleaning consultation?

    When you book a cleaning consultation, we will send one of our cleaning experts to meet with you and discuss what you would like done in your home or office. From there, we’ll answer any other questions you may have and provide you with a quote, and work out a convenient time for a cleaning appointment.

  • Do you quote by the hour?

    For commercial, industrial, and vacate cleans, we provide per-job quotes based on the size of the property and what needs to be cleaned. This will be covered in your free cleaning consultation. For regular house cleans, you can view price estimates on our House Cleaning page.

  • If one of my regular cleans happens to be on a holiday, will you be working?

    In the event of a public holiday or special occassion, we may move you to the closest available day or skip a clean at your discretion.

  • What hours do you work?

    24/7

  • Is there any special training your cleaners undergo to learn how to clean properly?

    Yes, our cleaners have undergone dozens of hours of video training and hands-on training in order to be equipped to properly deal with any cleaning job.

  • Do you have many reviews or references?

    You can check out our Google and Facebook reviews to learn about the amazing experiences our clients have had with us.

  • Do you do dishes or empty the dishwasher?

    We generally dont wash dishes unless they are done in an office clean.

  • What types of chemicals do you use on hardwood floors?

    We use an environmentally-friendly eucalyptus-based cleaning agent on all types of floors.

  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

    We supply everything for every clean, so you don’t need to worry about a thing! We don’t cheap out on supplies either, so rest assured knowing your home is getting the best care possible.

  • What happens if you or I get sick?

    If you become ill, we kindly ask that you notify us and reschedule your clean to a later date. This is to avoid spreading any sickness to other people.

  • If I refer my friend, do I get a referral commission or discounted cleaning?

    For every person you refer to us who becomes a recurring customer, you’ll get $50 off your next clean.

  • How do I pay you?

    We send invoices via email that can be paid via bank transfer or credit card within 24 hours.
