Our Customer Commitments & Policies

At Cleansweep Cleaning Solutions, we believe clear communication builds lasting trust. That’s why we’ve put simple, transparent fair customer policies in place so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

These policies are designed to protect your time and ours, your space, and your satisfaction while allowing us to deliver consistent, high quality cleaning results across Adelaide.

🔒 Lockout Policy

We respect your time and our cleaners’ time too. To avoid missed cleans, please make sure keys are left in the agreed location or that someone is available to provide access.

We send SMS reminders 24 hours before every clean to help you stay on track.

What happens if we can’t get in?

  • If access isn’t available, our team will attempt to reach you immediately by phone and email.

  • If we cannot gain entry within 15 minutes, a Lockout Fee of 75% of the scheduled service (capped at $150) will apply to cover the cleaner’s lost time and travel.

  • If access is gained within 30 minutes, we’ll resume the clean and apply a $25 delay fee to account for the wait.

The full lockout fee is equal to 75% of the service cost up to $150 to compensation for the cleaner’s time, travel, and lost income.

Late Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens kids get sick, work calls, emergencies pop up. That’s why we don’t charge cancellation fees for the occasional late notice, however to keep our schedule fair for other clients and staff, recurring last minute cancellations may result in service termination after discussion. We’ll always give you a heads up first.

💳 Payment Policy

For One-Off, Move in/out & Initial Cleans to confirm your booking, we ask for:

  • Full payment the day before OR

  • A 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of service (if someone will be present at the property).

For Regular House Cleans we ask that:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted Payments: Direct bank transfer, debit/credit card.

  • Late Payments: Invoices unpaid past the due date will incur a 10% fee on the outstanding balance.
